• Rich, darker color with the same oil on the surface.
• Bittersweet aftertaste with the start of the second crack.
• Flavor and aroma emerge, and acidity disappears completely.
• Lower acidity, heavier body. Chocolate, spice, and toasted nut flavors dominate, with a hint of bittersweetness. Origin noted fade.
• Brewing Methods: Espresso (excellent for milk drinks), French Press, Moka Pot, Strong Drip Brew.
